Can the hammock be used with any stroller model?
The hammock is compatible with most baby stroller models that have a 20 cm gap between the backrest and the handle. The majority of stroller models are manufactured this way.

What age group is the hammock intended for?
The Mazelaki Hammock is designed for children up to 18 kg and 115 cm in height. To ensure safety the child must also be able to sit up stably and independently.
Will my child like using the hammock?
Naturally, children have different preferences. However, from our experience, when a child is tired they tend to love the comfort of the hammock. Kids often enjoy the soft, relaxed feel and like having their own space.
What is the best way for my child to get into the hammock?
At first, your child may need some help getting in and out of the hammock. Over time, they'll likely discover the best way to do it themselves and will be able to get in and out independently. Always hold the stroller by the handle when your child is in the hammock for safety.
Is the hammock removable or easy to disassemble for storage?
Yes, the hammock can be easily disassembled and reassembled in just a few minutes. It’s light in weight, compact in size and when not in use it folds into a specially designed pocket. This makes it easy to store in a bag or stroller basket.
What do I need to know to install the hammock safely?
The hammock installation is simple and straightforward. Be sure to attach the hooks correctly, following the enclosed instructions. The hooks should be tight and secure, with no movement along the stroller handlebar.
I've lost a hook for mounting the hammock. Can I get a replacement?
We offer spare parts for the hammock. If you need a replacement hook, please contact us at info@sunnysouls.ie and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@sunnysouls.ie to initiate a return, and we’ll provide you with return instructions.
